yup, K8 is most definitely a hero of epic proportions. one of my favorite "git er done" partners in crime AND business. She works harder than most anyone i have ever met just to ensure that all of her friends (and countless random hippie ravers) have more fun than they know what to do with or even possibly might remember. one of my favorite parts, tho, is when she dons some scary outfit and says "fuck it" to work and dances like the rest of the world doesn't exist. the other favorite is when we are in pre-planning mode and she gets that sideways smile and the glint in her eye and we are wade through sarcasm as if it was a holy stream. this woman is a powerhouse. she tackles more than her weight in work of all kinds (much of which no one even knows about) and she comes out on top regardless of how intense her situation... she'll always have that sarcastic joke to make it all go down easier. on top of that, a sentence or two of her writing can cause your brain to unravel and re-wind itself. K8, I CRUSH ON YOUR BRAIN.
i love u, woman. you are an inspiration. one of my favorites, one of my heroes. AND you stole the heart of one of my oldest buddies? pretty much you have me hook line and sTinker. ;)

i will say, however, that one of my favor8 (and most angersome—is that a word?) things about k8 is her constant threats that she will not even be able to attend the parties she puts on. it is indeed gr8. and angersome.

that, and that acerbic, sarcastic thing she does all the time. indeed a valued crush. i have yet to find anyone who she has not managed to place one ring below her on the "step ahead of you" ladder. fucking skilled. fucking dedicated. and as fucking jaded as me, and still down for the cause (as long as it's a cause she can believe in).

i have not yet begun to crush.
